1999The beginning of our story
Built on experience
Built for his family.
Dedicated to yours.
Victor Saravia built VMS Construction with a deeply personal purpose: to provide for his children through work he could be proud of. That commitment shaped a family-owned business grounded in perseverance, resourcefulness, and care for the craft.
His hands-on construction experience began long before VMS was established in 1999. Today, that depth of knowledge informs everything from refined home renovations to custom residences and complex structural work.
Working alongside architects and engineers, Victor brings practical intelligence and personal dedication to the details that make a home exceptional. Behind every project is the same belief: the work matters because the people who live with it matter.
